Oscar settled into his cast very quickly as usual, this cast is to be worn for two weeks then it would be changed for one more ( fingers crossed ) final cast! We have used a maxi cosi cabriofix car seat through out Oscars life and have found no problems with the car seat at this stage in the Ponseti method. There is plenty of space for his legs and the straps are so easy to adjust and the car seat clips straight into our Quinny Buzz 3 pushchair which is great as Oscar his to small for the pushchair seat at the moment and he doesn't really like the pram anymore as he prefers to sit slightly more upright to see whats happening around him. Be prepared for dusty white powder and markings from the cast on the car seat and over yourself but don't worry it comes out easily in the wash or just wait for it to dry and brush it off, a small price to pay for such a remarkable procedure.
