Check up time...

Chelsea & westminster Hospital. London
30th April 2016

The day came when we had our appointment at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, London. We had our usual check up with Denise who examined Oscars feet and watched him hop, walk, run, walk on his heals and toes.

We where told that there has defiantly been some movement in his right foot and you can see a slight curve.

They said that Oscar still has great movement in his foot and that they wouldn't won't to put him forward for the tendon transfer operation at this point, they would like to monitor him again in another 6 months with a more senior doctor to see if his foot has continued to regress or with any luck his foot stays as it is, within further movement.

Which is a great relief although its another 6 months of waiting to see what happens, I have a feeling this will always be the way until he stops growing... waiting and praying.

Will see what the next 6 months brings, he is such a positive young chap even if he does need the operation at some point I know he will handle it well, especially if it means getting new lego kit!!!!
